Using the Appointment Details Page
After ending a session, the Appointment Details page offers a consolidated dashboard to take necessary actions for client management, billing, and documentation.
1. Managing Client Attendance
• Mark Attendance: Confirm if your client attended or missed the session.
• Options: Mark as Arrived or No-Show.
• Tip: Attendance can also be managed directly from the Calendar view.
2. Viewing Appointment Information
• Calendar View: Access the appointment on your calendar for a visual overview. This will open in a new tab.
• Session Details: The page displays key details, including:
• Session name, therapist name, video link (if applicable), and session time.
3. Handling Billing and Invoices
• Charge Client: Process any charges for the session.
• Download Invoice: Preview or download the client’s invoice.
• Apply Discounts: Option to apply any discounts if necessary.
• Billing History: View a summary of the billing actions, including appointment creation and any email reminders sent to the client.
4. Reviewing Session Notes with Mynd Notetaker
• Session Notes: View the notes generated by Mynd Notetaker during the session.
• Rating the Notes: Rate the accuracy of the notes to improve future note generation. You can also adjust the prompt for a more customized output.
5. Scheduling the Next Appointment
• Send Booking Link: Quickly send a booking link to your client by email.
• Customize Email: Personalize the email message before sending to encourage booking through their client portal.
6. Finalizing with Mynd Notetaker
• Save and Sign Off: To lock the session notes into the client profile securely within the EMR system, follow the save and sign-off process.
