Client Profile Overview
Mynd’s Client Profile feature provides therapists with a comprehensive view and management tools for each client, covering everything from appointments to billing. Here’s a breakdown of each section:
1. General Client Overview
• Basic Information: At the top, view the client’s name, nickname, email, and phone number.
• Quick Stats: See an overview of total bookings, upcoming appointments, last visit, outstanding balance, and no-shows.
• Assigned Therapist: Shows the therapist assigned to the client (useful for group practices).
• Quick Actions: Schedule a new appointment or send a booking link reminder if the client has no upcoming appointments.
2. Profile Details Tab
• Editable Client Details: Includes the client’s first and last name, email, phone number, preferred name, date of birth, and address.
• Security Confirmation: If you change the client’s email, a one-time password confirmation will be sent for security purposes.
3. Appointment History Tab
• Appointment Overview: View the client’s appointment history, upcoming appointments, or all appointments in one place.
• Appointment Details: Click on any appointment to see the full details, including the option to mark the appointment as arrived or no-showed and handle billing.
4. Notes and Documents Tab
• Progress Notes: Review, edit, and sign off on progress notes directly from this tab.
• Forms Management: Manage any forms sent to the client, tracking their status as pending, submitted, or completed.
5. Billing Tab
• Billing Overview: View all invoices, including pending, paid, and discounted amounts.
• Credit Management: Add credit to a client’s account for overpayments or prepayments. Credit is applied before other payment methods for future sessions.
• Custom Rates (Sliding Scale): Set a custom rate for specific clients without needing to manually apply a discount. For instance, if your standard rate is $100 but a specific client’s rate is $75, the custom rate will apply automatically to all future sessions.
6. Custom Rate (Sliding Scale) Section
• Customized Pricing: Use this feature to set specific rates for individual clients, eliminating the need for repeated manual discounts or custom services.
This setup offers an efficient and organized way to manage all aspects of a client’s information, appointments, billing, and documentation in one place, supporting smooth client care and easy access to essential details.
