Creating Instagram Posts with Mynd
Mynd’s Instagram Post Generator allows therapists to easily create customized, seasonal, and relevant Instagram posts to reach prospective clients.
1. Start Creating Your Instagram Post
• Go to the Marketing section and select Create Instagram Post.
• Click Start to begin creating your post.
2. Choosing a Topic
• Topic Selection: Mynd suggests topics relevant to your practice and the current season.
• For example, in November, topics might include “Self-Care Strategies for Winter Blues.”
• Select a Topic: Pick the main topic you’d like to post about.
3. Refining with Subtopics
• Subtopic Options: After selecting a main topic, choose a more specific subtopic.
• Example subtopics for “Self-Care Strategies for Winter Blues” could include “Identifying Signs of Winter Blues” or “Incorporating Physical Activity into Your Winter Routine.”
• Select a Subtopic: Choose the subtopic that best fits your intended message.
4. Customizing the Post Length and Tone
• Length Options: Choose from short, medium, or long caption lengths based on your preference.
• Tone Options: Select a tone that fits your brand. Default options include professional and approachable, but you can also choose tones like funny or relatable.
5. Adding Images
• Upload or Choose a Photo:
• Upload a photo if you have one, or select from Mynd’s default images.
• Example: For winter-themed posts, you might choose a snowflake or seasonal image.
6. Reviewing and Finalizing the Post
• Preview: View the post with your selected image, hashtags, description, and caption.
• Edit Hashtags and Caption: If needed, adjust the hashtags or caption to better suit your practice’s style.
7. Publishing to Instagram
• Once satisfied, click Publish to Instagram.
• Connect Your Account: Follow the on-screen pop-up tutorial to connect your Instagram account, enabling direct posting from Mynd.
