Joining and Navigating a Telehealth Session
This guide explains how therapists can join a telehealth session with clients and manage the session controls for a smooth experience.
1. Joining the Telehealth Session
• Steps:
• From your dashboard, click on Join to enter the telehealth session with your client.
• When prompted, ensure you have granted necessary permissions for video and audio access.
2. Starting the Session
• Connection Tips: Before starting, review any connection tips provided to ensure a stable session.
• Click Start Session to begin once permissions are confirmed and both you and your client are ready.
3. Navigating Session Controls
• Button Controls:
• Mynd Notetaker: Start Mynd Notetaker when the client joins the call. Note: It requires at least one client in the session to begin.
• Screen Sharing: Click to share your screen with the client.
• Video Control: You can turn your video on or off during the session.
• Background Settings: Access more settings to blur your background if desired.
• Right Side Controls:
• Chat: Use the chat feature to send links, files, or messages to the client during the session.
• Session Notes: View previous session notes and take new notes in real-time.
• Participant List: See all participants invited to the call.
• Link Sharing: Share the video call link if needed.
• In-Session Scheduling: Access in-session scheduling options for setting up future appointments (details covered in a separate guide).
