Google Calendar Integration

Overview

Mynd allows you to seamlessly connect Google Calendar to your practice so you can manage your personal life events alongside your practice.

With our Google Calendar integration, you can choose to only have your Google events come to your Mynd calendar or have it sync both ways and have your Mynd Sessions show up on your personal calendar as well.

Mynd can also block off your availability for online self booking clients depending on the events on your google calendar.

Steps

Navigate to Manage Profile

Click on Add Calendar

One way sync option will allow Google to send calendar events to Mynd so you can view your personal calendar events on the Mynd Calendar.

Two was sync allows Mynd to send your appointments to your Google Calendar so you can keep track of your upcoming sessions on your personal calendar.

Although two way sync will display your Mynd Sessions on your Google Calendar, you are not able to edit the appointment from Google Calendar. E.g. moving an appointment to a different time on Google Calendar will not change anything in Mynd.

The last toggle will mark off your availability for anyone trying to self book themselves on the client portal or marketing page.

Log in to Google

Ensure this Box is Checked

Without checking this box to allow Mynd to see and download Google Calendar will disable the calendar integration.
