Mynd Notetaker can generate clinical notes in the following templates:

• Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan (SOAP) Notes

• Data, Assessment, Plan (DAP) Notes

• Goals, Intervention, Response, Plan (GIRP) Notes

• Behavior, Intervention, Response, Plan (BIRP) Notes

Turn on Mynd Notetaker in Telehealth Sessions

Mynd Notetaker can be turned on for all sessions when client(s) have consented to use Automated Notetaker
